TradeLinkOps

China to Ethiopia shipment control.

Privacy policy

TradeLink collects only the data needed to approve access and run shipment workflows.

Effective March 20, 2026. Contact ops@tradelinkops.com for privacy requests related to demo requests, accounts, or shipment records.

What we collect

TradeLink is an internal operations platform, so collection is tied to access control and shipment execution.

  • Contact details such as name, work email, phone number, company name, and demo-request notes.
  • Account records such as username, role, approval status, verification status, password hash, and session data.
  • Shipment workflow data, documents, milestones, blockers, and audit history.
  • Essential technical data needed to secure sessions and operate the platform.

How we use data

Every use should map back to a real operational step.

  • Review demo requests and decide whether customer access should be approved.
  • Authenticate users, route them by role, and secure access to shipment records.
  • Coordinate supplier readiness, documents, bookings, customs, and delivery.
  • Maintain an audit trail for approvals, stage changes, overrides, and account actions.

Sharing and retention

TradeLink is not a data broker and does not sell personal information.

  • Data may be shared with infrastructure and software vendors that help host and operate the platform.
  • Operational shipment data may be shared with counterparties involved in execution, such as forwarders, inspectors, brokers, warehouses, and carriers, when needed for the workflow.
  • Records are retained while the customer relationship or shipment file remains operationally relevant, then as needed for audit, legal, and dispute handling.

Your controls

Privacy rights handling still needs a dedicated internal process, but requests can already be directed to TradeLink.

  • Request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data through the compliance contact above.
  • Ask for account suspension if your organization no longer needs access.
  • Essential session cookies are used for login. If non-essential cookies are added later, TradeLink should add the relevant consent controls first.
