TradeLinkOps

China to Ethiopia shipment control.

Terms of service

TradeLink is an invite-only operations system for managed customer and internal use.

Effective March 20, 2026. Questions about these terms can be directed to ops@tradelinkops.com.

Access model

The platform is not open self-signup software.

  • Customer access is granted only after TradeLink reviews a demo or access request and approves the account.
  • Admin may suspend, reactivate, or reset customer access when operationally necessary.
  • Users must keep their credentials confidential and use the platform only for authorized business activity.

Acceptable use

TradeLink exists to coordinate real shipment workflows, not to host unrestricted content.

  • Do not upload unlawful, misleading, or unauthorized shipment information or documents.
  • Do not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, or bypass role restrictions.
  • Do not reuse the platform for scraping, resale, or unrelated product activity without written approval.

Operational responsibility

The system helps enforce workflow, but users still own the accuracy of what they enter.

  • Customers remain responsible for the accuracy of the shipment information and documents they provide.
  • TradeLink may rely on submitted data to coordinate supplier readiness, booking, customs, and delivery actions.
  • Workflow visibility, milestones, and blockers are operational tools and should not be treated as legal or customs advice.

Availability and limits

The service is operational software, not a guarantee of shipment outcomes.

  • TradeLink may change, suspend, or remove features in order to protect the workflow, the business, or customer data.
  • To the maximum extent allowed by law, the platform is provided on an as-available basis without guarantees of uninterrupted service.
  • Liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses should be excluded unless a written customer agreement says otherwise.
